HomeStories Online Store
Digital Design Strategy & Ideation, UX, Art Direction, Copy Editing 2015 - 2018
I had the great privilege to collaborate with Paul and Sophie Yanacopoulos-Gross, owners and creators of the interior design shop HomeStories, on their Online Store and Digital Communication. Having moved their retail and design enterprise from Geneva to New York, they were not only faced with establishing a new physical retail presence but a whole new philosophy on marketing their brand in the United States. 20 years in Europe with a unique regard to a monochrome and textural aesthetic had to be translated to an online presence. Inspired by the growing success of their Instagram feed (currently at 21k +), we produced an online experience based on their collection of 4 hues rather than the usual categories found in the retail space. Closely collaborating and learning together, in both French and English, we reestablished their brand for a larger consumer market. Their business has grown substantially since it's launch in early 2016. Click here to experience full site.
